Are these recipes?
Sometimes. More often they are notes on why a dish mattered, with enough detail to cook it yourself.
Do you only write about food?
Mostly. Anything that comes from a kitchen, a tavern or the water can end up in the book.
Can I suggest a dish?
Yes. Tell me which one you want tried and I will check whether there is room on the stove.
How often is the menu updated?
When something is ready. Some weeks that is one plate, some weeks it is several.
